This website is owned and operated by Janice Mangion.  These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and products/services as offered by us. This website offers visitors a range of wire art, handmade entirely by Janice Mangion or in collaboration with other artisans as specified in product description. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our products/ services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. All wire art must be handled with extreme care.  We take the utmost care when packaging every order to ensure it is delivered to you in perfect condition, and therefore we will not accept responsibility or issue refunds/exchanges on items where the appropriate level of care to the product has not been taken. If a customer has any further questions or requires support with installation please email info@wittywire.com. 

Every single piece of wire art is handmade by Janice Mangion, which means that no two pieces are exactly the same. Each order is made to the highest possible quality that can be delivered to customers.  When purchasing a piece of art from Witty Wire, you are investing in a small business with a huge passion and even bigger heart, so please understand that each piece cannot be 100% perfect but we promise that it’s very close.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for any undamaged and unused product with the exception of custom and bespoke items. For the full terms, check out our Return Policy.

Custom Orders

We love to work with you on a custom order! If you wish to order a bespoke piece or a design or word or finish that is not listed in the website, you can contact us via email on info@wittywire.com or leave a message in our Contact section. We might ask for further clarifications of the design and issue a quote for the product and an approximate processing time. If you agree to proceed with the order we require full payment to be fulfilled before we can start processing your order.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the products/services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products/services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The products, service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Witty Wire.

Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the product/service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold Janice Mangion harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the products/services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Janice Mangion, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, accidental injury/harm, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the product/service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Janice Mangion assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our products/service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party.

If you have subscribed to our mailing list, you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us via email. If you do not want to receive such promotional materials or notices, please just notify us at any time.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the products/services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of Malta, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

Designs, products and photography used on www.wittywire.com, on the @wittywiremalta Instagram account, www.facebook.com/wittywiremalta Facebook business page, Etsy and Pinterest pages remain the property of Janice Mangion, Witty Wire and must not be used or replicated without prior written permission. This applies to all products, imagery and written copy.

If you are found to have infringed on the intellectual property or any property stated above, you will be asked to removed imagery and products from your sites before legal proceedings will be sought.
