Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

1.    For the moment we are only offering local deliveries to Malta and Gozo. European customers can get in touch and we’ll provide a shipping quote before they can proceed with order. Local customers can also choose free pickup from Iklin, Malta or Ghasri, Gozo. Time for pickup will be mutually agreed by both parties.


2.    Orders in Malta and Gozo are delivered by us or shipped via Maltapost. We may send these via Maltapost registered mail at our own discretion. Items will be well packaged to avoid damage.


3.    Once you submit your order you will receive an acknowledgement email. We will send another email to inform you when your order will be ready and a delivery date will be given. For small orders we do our best to deliver within a week. For urgent orders or gifts please get in touch via email or social media before placing your order. Each product is made to order and handcrafted by Janice therefore in case your order will take more than a week to produce you will be notified and informed.


4.    Orders sent by Maltapost will be posted on Tuesday and/or Thursday. In case of Maltapost registered post, we will provide you with a tracking number. For delivered items, we will contact you via phone or sms to provide you with a delivery time window.


5.    Local delivery rates are as per below (Malta & Gozo):

Standard Shipping – Orders under €14 - delivery fee of €2.

                             Orders over 14 - delivery fee of €5.

             Free delivery for orders over €60.

Gozo – Delivery fee of €3.

             Free delivery for orders over €60.

6.    Delivery fee includes postage and packaging cost.

7.    We do not accept cash on delivery. Items have to be paid upon ordering.


8.    We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to any postal service, however if in any situation this would happen we would be more than happy to help you out.
